You are absolutely right! We have to do something different in order to get new results!


I often wondered about certain key points you hit on about anxiety habits, always thought of possibilities to problems instead of possible solutions, even now how everybody that watches this vid will feel great about themselves “for now” then slip back into routine 90% of earths population! Solution = BREAKOUT OF OF ROUTINE AND DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT! It is easier said than done, but at the same time also doable! I guess in the end its just in our heads!!
