How do I stop anxiety/obsession?
Okay, I’m always anxious (I have generalized anxiety disorder) and I obsess about things like the way my character on a video game looks. How do I stop obsessing about the way my character looks? I keep having to delete him and make a new one.

i have gad too..but i dont think im obsessive like that…or at least i dont realize it……maybe try not to think about it..and you’ll prolly eventually forget about it….and just think its not really that big of a deal…even tho…little things like that can affect us..but try thinking that either way you make the charecter its guna be the same with the same power and stuff…it doesnt matter how they look……
