How can I stop anxiety from smoking weed yesterday?
I’m not going to smoke it again. I am having severe panic attacks because I happen to have a virus and since I had a bad reaction to it I am having a lot of anxiety. I have taken Xanax and it helps but I don’t necessarily like the feeling of being that relaxed because I can barely move. What can I do?

smoking cannabis opens you up spiritually, so your sensitivity increases. you are literally turning up your spiritual sensitivity.
Anxiety is an affliction of living in the future. bring your heart and mind back to now. relax, all is well.

The reactions are coming from your sensitivity, not the pot. The hightened awareness delivered through this substance is just showing you what you are feeling, turned up.
Most people are not usually open to feeling that much, they are “asleep” spiritually, so you are just uncomfortable with the hightened sensitivity.
You are a spirit in a body, and you are actually “time traveling” with you mind and thoughts, hence the anxiety (not being used to breaking the time/space continuum with your mind (though you really remember without knowing it)).
