Can cough drops be used to stop panic attacks?
I have been having really bad panic attacks lately and I would like something that could stop them. I was reading online and someone mentioned that cough drops could stop a panic attack. Is this true?

NO. Never heard of that and don’t see any way it can do that.
I would say a cough drop is ONLY intended to suppress coughs if you have a good brand that works. Try some slow or deep breathing excercises or to walk briskly for the panic attack instead. Sometimes focusing on breathing can relax you.
